Usage tips

For a decorative disk: pour mousse, cream, jelly, or tempered chocolate, freeze, then unmold and place in the center of the entremet.

For embossing: gently press the mold onto a well-chilled (or slightly set) surface to mark the letters.

Finishes: velvet spray, water-soluble/iridescent powders, gold leaf on a word or a heart.
Care

Dishwasher safe; prefer a gentle wash and air drying.

Avoid any sharp tools in the molds.
