Katy Sue Silicone Mold - Ice Crystals:
This versatile Katy Sue mold is perfect for creating ice cubes, borders, or other 100% winter effects on your Christmas cakes. It also allows you to make beautiful drip cakes! The delicate finishes of Katy Sue molds are always a guarantee of success.
This mold is easy to use and can be used with fondant, gum paste, modeling paste, marzipan, chocolate, candies, and much more.
Additionally, the mold can also be used for craft projects. You can also use it with cold porcelain, salt dough, air-dry clays, and embossing powder. We recommend using the mold either for food projects or craft projects, but not both.
Instructions: press the fondant into the mold without overfilling. Scrape off the excess paste so you can see the outline of the design. Turn over and gently release. Lightly dust with cornstarch to aid release.
Wash and dry the mold well before use. The mold is oven safe (up to 200°C/392°F) and dishwasher safe.
