Isomalt for Decorations

Saracino isomalt is a technical sugar (E953) that is less sweet than traditional sugar, used to create rigid, transparent decorations in pastry making: flowers, fruits, leaves, and artistic blown-glass-style sculptures.

Recommended uses
- Melt over low heat or in the microwave, without stirring too much to prevent air bubbles.
- Once melted, the isomalt forms a transparent syrup that can be worked after resting briefly.
- Shape into flowers, fruits, leaves, or sculptures once the appropriate consistency has been reached.
Please note: melted isomalt reaches high temperatures and can cause burns. Handle with care (suitable gloves recommended) and keep out of children's reach during preparation.
