The reinforced PLA structure is designed for standard wedding cakes and tiered cakes; for very heavy tiered creations, use a rigid intermediate cake board.
Can a moist cake be placed directly on it?
The material is suitable for food contact, but an intermediate cake board is recommended to make unmolding easier and protect the matte finish from stains.
What is the difference from the 25 cm size in the same collection?
The 30 cm size offers a larger surface suited to imposing creations and reception tables, while the 25 cm size is better suited to medium-sized cakes and individual orders.
