Just one 250 g sachet is enough to create a delicious neutral base, which you can then customize to your liking. Ideal for workshops, summer display cases, and homemade frozen desserts.

Instructions
- In a bowl, mix 500 g of warm, not boiling, milk with 250 g of the mix
- Blend with an immersion blender until smooth, then let cool
- Pour into the ice cream maker and follow the appliance instructions
- Personalize the taste with concentrated pastes or food flavorings
