Frequently asked questions
Your questions, our advice
Which surfaces does this pen work best on?
On dry or semi-hard surfaces: sugar paste, almond paste, gum paste and modeling paste. It doesn’t glide well on wet or greasy surfaces.
Can it be used directly on chocolate?
That’s not its primary purpose: the water-based ink doesn’t adhere well to greasy surfaces such as chocolate. For writing on chocolate, use a ready-to-use icing pen.
Is this black pen also sold in a set with several colors?
Yes, the same ink is also available in a set of 5 primary colors (black, red, blue, green, yellow) from FUNCAKES.
