Frequently asked questions
Your questions, our advice
Is this ring suitable for an individual dessert or one for two?

Can you bake a cake layer directly in this ring?
Yes, when placed on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper, the stainless steel can withstand oven baking, for example for a sponge or génoise cut to portion size.
How do you cleanly unmold a small mousse dessert or cheesecake?
Line the inside with a strip of acetate before assembling, then briefly warm the outside with a blowtorch or a hot cloth to remove the ring without damaging the edges.
