Preparation Instructions

For 1 portion of Enchanted Cream® Strawberry: mix 150 g of mix with 100 ml of milk and 100 ml of water for 3 minutes at high speed. The cream is immediately ready to use. It keeps for several days in the refrigerator; stir lightly before reuse.

For a richer taste, replace the water with milk (200 ml total). For a lighter version, use only water (200 ml). A 900 g portion contains 6 portions of 150 g, enough for 6 cakes or up to 144-180 cupcakes.
