Preparation method
For 1 portion of Enchanted Cream® Strawberry: mix 150 g of mix with 100 ml of milk and 100 ml of water for 3 minutes at high speed. Use immediately or store in the refrigerator for a few days. One portion is enough to fill 2 layers and cover 1 cake Ø25 cm, or to pipe swirls on about 24 to 30 cupcakes.
Tip: for a creamier texture, replace the water with milk (200 ml total). To intensify the strawberry flavor, add a few drops of FunCakes Strawberry aroma.
