The Silicopat 1 from Silikomart Professional is a 400 x 600 mm baking mat designed for professional oven trays. Thin, flexible and red, it is reinforced with fiberglass, giving it a flat, stable surface and resistance to thermal shock. It is a durable replacement for single-use parchment paper, baking after baking.
