Colour Mill Mauve Oil-Based Food Colouring 20 ml
Mauve shade, 20 ml bottle for fat-based mixtures
Colour Mill Mauve evokes the faded mauve of an old-fashioned garden and a soft, dusty violet-pink. This concentrated oil-based food colouring is designed for fat-based baking mixtures: melted white chocolate, ganache, buttercream and fondant warmed by the hands. It’s a natural choice for sophisticated romantic vintage-themed wedding cakes and anniversary layer cakes (40 years).
