Frequently asked questions
Your questions, our advice
Can two half-spheres be joined to make a complete sphere?
Yes. Unmold two batches, join them flat side to flat side using tempered cocoa butter or white chocolate, then chill for five minutes to bond them.
How much preparation is needed to fill all 77 cavities?
77 x 20 ml, or 1,540 ml. Allow for about 1,600 ml to compensate for piping and leveling.
What's the difference compared with the Ø 40 mm PX4315 format (24 cavities)?
The PX303 offers almost three times as many cavities for a similar individual volume, making it suitable for regular production rather than occasional single-piece use.
