Colour Mill Black is a concentrated oil-soluble colorant packaged in a 20 ml dropper bottle. Its oil-based formula blends directly into chocolate, cocoa butter, ganaches, and rich creams without causing the preparation to seize. The Black shade produces a deep, opaque black with no brown undertones, even in a thin layer.

Please note: this colorant is oil-soluble and does not dissolve in water-based preparations (royal icing, syrup). Shake the bottle before use and add the color gradually: it is easier to darken a shade that is too light than to lighten a base that is already too intense.
