Colour Mill Blush is a concentrated oil-soluble food coloring in a 20 ml dropper bottle. Its oil-based formula blends directly into chocolate, cocoa butter, ganache, and rich creams without causing the mixture to seize. The Blush shade gives a soft powder pink, pinker than Nude but still very subtle.

Please note: This colorant is oil-soluble and will not dissolve in water-based preparations (royal icing, syrup). Shake the bottle before use and add the color gradually: it is easier to darken a shade that is too light than to lighten a base that is already too intense. Store away from light and heat, with the bottle tightly closed.
