The 3-tier stackable rack is designed to triple the vertical cooling surface. Reinforced steel, size 41 x 25.5 x 19 cm (3 tiers). Essential to prevent condensation under pastries fresh from the oven and ensure even cooling.

Usage tips

  1. Placement: place the rack on a clear work surface, ideally near a window to speed up cooling.
  2. Transfer: unmold the hot pastry and place it directly on the rack. For cookies, transfer them one by one with a spatula.
  3. Rest Time: minimum 30 minutes for cookies, 1 to 2 hours for cakes, 4 hours for assembled pieces before glazing.
  4. Humidity Tip: on humid days, place a sheet of parchment paper under the rack to absorb condensation.
  5. Storage: store flat away from dust, hang when possible to save space.
