How should I incorporate the colorant for an even color?
Dilute a small amount in a little water or syrup before adding it to the preparation to prevent grains and achieve even distribution.
How much should I use for a strong color?
This colorant is highly concentrated: start with a knife-tip or a few tenths of a gram, then gradually adjust according to the desired intensity, within the regulatory dosage limit indicated on the label.
