Usage tips
Bake the bases in the perforated rings placed on a perforated baking mat: the perforations allow steam to escape and produce an even base without baking beads. Pour the insert into the silicone mold, freeze it, then place it in the baked base before finishing.
Note: the Ø67 mm insert and Ø70 mm ring pair is designed for precise fitting after baking; respect the filling heights to maintain the clean profile that defines the Klassik style.
