Brownie Mix - 1kg

Brownie Mix:

This mix will allow you to create delicious brownies or chocolate cakes.

Preparation: First, make sure all ingredients are at room temperature. Preheat the oven to 175 ºC (fan oven: 160 ºC). Pour the mix, eggs, butter, and water into a bowl and mix everything with a mixer at the lowest speed for 3 minutes until you get a thick batter. If desired, incorporate nuts, raisins, or baking-resistant chocolate. Pour the batter into a buttered or parchment-lined pan, then bake the preparation in the preheated oven. Once the brownie has cooled, you can optionally cover it with a chocolate glaze. This preparation is also suitable for chocolate cupcakes.

Ingredients: sugar, wheat flour, vegetable oil (palm, rapeseed), skimmed cocoa powder (7%), starch (modified), glucose syrup (dehydrated), potato starch, salt, raising agents: E450, E500, milk proteins, flavoring.
