Colour Mill Rose is a concentrated oil-soluble food coloring, packaged in a 20 ml dropper bottle. Its oil-based formula blends directly into chocolate, cocoa butter, ganaches, and high-fat creams without causing the mixture to seize or grain. The Rose shade produces a bright, vivid pink, more pronounced than Blush without veering into fuchsia.

Please note: this food coloring is oil-soluble and will not dissolve in a water-based preparation (royal icing, syrup).
