The Pavoni egg yellow water-soluble dye is a water-based liquid solution, perfect for coloring water-soluble food preparations, such as creams, frostings, sponge cakes, or mousses. Its liquid format is also ideal for use with an airbrush, but is not limited to that.

Intense yellow and precise dosing

Formulated with colorants E102, E110, and E133, it offers a bright color, stable and easy to work with. Thanks to its 190 ml bottle, you benefit from a regular dosage, without waste.
