Instructions
- In a bowl, mix 500 g of lukewarm, non-boiling milk with the 250 g of mix
- Blend with an immersion blender until smooth, then leave to cool
- Pour into the ice cream maker and follow the appliance's instructions
- Without an ice cream maker, freeze the mixture while stirring regularly to prevent ice crystals
