Instructions for use
- Temper the chocolate to the target temperature (29 to 31 °C depending on type).
- Gently shake the Azuluble bottle before use.
- Add the coloring drop by drop directly into the melted chocolate.
- Mix immediately with a silicone spatula, using gentle and regular movements.
- Wait 2 to 5 minutes to observe the final intensity.
- Adjust by 1 to 2 additional drops if necessary.
- Crystallize or pour into mold depending on the project.

No, Azuluble is a fat-soluble coloring strictly reserved for fatty preparations (chocolate, ganache, cocoa butter). For fondant, buttercream, and royal icing, use a water-soluble gel coloring like Wilton.
Why does my chocolate clump when it contacts the coloring?
Clumping indicates water traces in the preparation. Azuluble is only compatible with fats. Make sure utensils are completely dry and the chocolate has not come into contact with moisture.
Difference between 30 ml and 100 ml?
The 30 ml is suitable for artisans and discovery workshops (1.5 to 2 kg of chocolate). The 100 ml is for volume production (6 to 8 kg of chocolate). The 100 ml offers a 35% saving per gram.
