- Ice cream / mousse: 80 to 100 g per 1 kg.
- Ice creams, mousses, bavarois: 100 g per 1 liter of milk or cream.
- Cakes: 120 g per 1 kg of cake batter.
- Stir well before use; the oil may naturally separate.
