Usage tips

Knead the paste before use until smooth and elastic

Roll out on a thin layer of icing sugar (recommended thickness: 2 to 3 mm)

For a 20 cm round cake, allow about 500 g of sugar paste

Also suitable for modeling, cutting shapes, and coloring with food colorings

Let rest for one hour (covered) after coloring for optimal results
