Instructions

1. Let the dough reach room temperature.

2. Knead it firmly until you get a smooth and elastic texture.

3. Sprinkle the work surface with icing sugar.

4. Roll out the dough to 2-3 mm thickness using a rolling pin.

5. Turn it a quarter regularly to prevent it from sticking.

6. If cracks appear, knead it again.

7. The dough is then ready to be applied or shaped.

Storage advice

Store in a cool, dry, and dark place between 15 °C and 20 °C. Reseal well after opening.
