Usage Tips
Knead the paste until it becomes soft and elastic. Then roll out on a surface lightly dusted with icing sugar, to a thickness of 2 to 3 mm. Turn a quarter turn regularly to prevent sticking. If cracks appear on the edges, knead again until a smooth surface is obtained.
After coloring with a food coloring, let rest for one hour (under film) before use for best results.
To cover a round cake 20 cm in diameter, allow about 500 g of sugar paste.
