🍰 Usage:
- Make sure the fondant is at room temperature.
- Knead firmly until you get a smooth texture.
- Sprinkle your surface with icing sugar.
- Roll out with a rolling pin to a thickness of 2-3 mm.
- If cracks appear, knead again until the edges are smooth.
💡 Tip: For a 20 cm round cake, you will need about 500 g of fondant.
