Usage tips
- •Paste thickness: roll out a thin layer of fondant or gum paste, around 2 mm thick, so the swirls remain clear
- •Pressing: press one letter at a time, focusing on the curves, rather than pressing the entire plate at once
- •Demolding: remove each letter separately onto a flat surface by flexing the silicone
- •Composition: arrange the letters on the cake before they have fully dried to adjust the word spacing
- •Finishing: let the letters dry flat for 20 to 30 minutes before permanently attaching them to the cake
Please note
Clean with warm soapy water and air-dry; dishwasher-safe on the top rack. Since the letters are thin, store the plate flat to prevent the swirls from warping.
