Usage tips
The Ø18 cm size is suitable for medium-sized tiered cakes or custom cakes. The Ø25 and 30 cm sizes are suitable for wedding cake tiers or central compositions in the form of a giant donut cake. Lightly sand the surface before applying the fondant to improve adhesion, and use a rigid base underneath to distribute the weight for the larger diameters.
Please note: this polystyrene support is not edible. It must be completely covered with fondant (with a wafer-paper barrier if needed) before any contact with food or being presented for serving.
