Pavoni pink liquid water-soluble food coloring, in a 190 g bottle, is designed for water-based preparations: icings, creams, mousses and sponge cakes. Its formula creates a bright, even pink color when used with an airbrush, a brush or added directly. This coloring is not suitable for chocolate or fat-based preparations.

Can this pink coloring be used to color chocolate?
No. This water-soluble food coloring is intended for water-based preparations only. For chocolate or a fat-based mixture, you need an oil-soluble food coloring.
What dose should I use for a more or less intense pink?
The maximum recommended dosage is 69 g/kg of finished product. A small amount is enough for a pastel pink; increase gradually for a richer pink.
How can I achieve a cooler or warmer pink?
This pink pairs with Pavoni violet for cooler tones, or with red for warmer, richer pinks. Always test on a small quantity before final application.
