The PME Impression Mat is ideal for use with different types of edible materials, such as: fondant, modeling paste (sugar paste), or almond paste. Honeycombs are suitable for many different cake designs. Both sides of this rug can be used to create this pattern. One side gives a relief that sits above the fondant, while the other side gives a deep relief.

Instructions before use:

Knead the fondant well and spread it over a little sugar powder until it is evenly thick.
  • Choose which side of the rug you want to use for this design.
  • Press the mat well using a straightener to transfer the pattern to the fondant. Make sure all parts of the mat are pressed well into the fondant.
  • Remove the carpet.
  • Spray with Edible Luster to enrich the design.
