Silikomart's Pink Velvet Spray recreates, in one step, the characteristic matte, velvety finish of professional entremets. Sprayed onto a frozen preparation, it instantly sets into a fine veil of colored cocoa butter. Its pastel pink shade is ideal for baby shower cakes, Valentine's Day, or family celebrations.
