Silikomart's Light Brown Velvet Spray recreates the characteristic matte, velvety finish of professional entremets in a single step. Sprayed onto a frozen preparation, it instantly sets into a fine coating of colored cocoa butter. Its light brown shade, softer than classic brown, is ideal for coffee-and-milk or caramel entremets.
