Silikomart White Velvet Spray recreates, in one step, the characteristic matte, velvety finish of professional entremets. Sprayed onto a frozen preparation, it instantly sets into a fine veil of colored cocoa butter. Its neutral white shade serves as a base for all compositions or creates a wintry snow effect.
