How to use?
  • Shake the bottle before use.
  • Spray in short bursts from 15–20 cm away from the surface for a natural, irregular splatter effect.
  • Apply several coats to intensify the effect, allowing a few seconds to dry between each.
  • Works on buttercream, ganache, fondant, royal icing or plain biscuits.

Will this spray stain hands or the work surface?

Like any concentrated liquid food colouring, it may slightly stain skin or light-coloured surfaces. Protect your work surface and spray from a reasonable distance from the item.

Can it be used on chocolate?

It is designed for water-based icings and pastries (buttercream, fondant, icing). On chocolate, the water base may dull the shine: opt for a fat-soluble food colouring such as Colour Mill for this medium.
