PME Cake Clear Gloss Spray is a colorless food-grade aerosol lacquer that leaves a glossy finish without changing the color of the surface. It sets and enhances icing, painted decorations, or an already-colored sugar paste design.
Unlike metallic gloss sprays, it adds no color: it simply intensifies shine and protects the surface of a decorated cake displayed for several hours.

Recommended uses
- Glossy finish on already-colored sugar paste, gum paste, or marzipan

Please note: Spray in a very fine layer from a distance of 20–25 cm: a thick layer may bead or slightly soften a delicate sugar decoration.
Does this spray change the color of the decoration?
No, it is colorless and only intensifies the shine of the surface. The perceived color remains that of the underlying surface or previously applied coloring.
Can it be used on chocolate?
Yes, on modeling chocolate or a fully set chocolate decoration, it provides a glossy finish similar to mirror glaze without its sticky texture.
Should it be applied before or after colored gloss sprays?
Always afterward: apply it as the final step, once the decoration is colored and dry, to set and intensify the final appearance without dulling it.
