This Decora offset spatula combines a 20 cm stainless steel blade with a 13 cm polypropylene handle, for a total length of 33 cm. The offset keeps the blade lower than your hand: spread cream flush with the sponge without touching the decoration, ideal for filling a layer cake, topping with ganache, or smoothing the top of an entremets cake.
