These Decora PVC sheets provide a non-stick surface for stainless steel and springform pans. They are also ideal for creating chocolate decorations with clean edges. Not suitable for baking, they simply go at the bottom of the pan before filling.

USAGE TIPS
- Place a sheet at the bottom of the stainless steel or springform pan before pouring in the mixture
- Spread the melted chocolate on a sheet to create decorations, and leave to crystallize before carefully removing them
- Wipe with a clean, dry cloth after use; do not use abrasive products.

No, they are not designed for baking. Use them only as a non-stick surface for unmolding or working with chocolate.
Can they be reused?
Yes, simply clean them with a dry cloth or soapy water between uses, as long as the surface remains smooth and unscratched.

They are designed for stainless steel and springform pans: place the sheet on the bottom before pouring in your preparation.
