Usage tips
- Arrange macarons, cocktail bites, and mini pastries directly on the surface, or place an individual liner beneath each piece for a more polished presentation.
- Allow approximately 50 to 60 macarons, 30 to 40 mini pastries, or 80 to 100 mini canapés per tray, depending on the arrangement density.
- Refrigeration at 0 to 6 °C is possible for advance preparation the day before; however, it should be limited to cold preparations and never used for hot dishes or prolonged deep-freezing.
- For transport, stack up to 3 or 4 filled trays, reserving the top of the stack for the most delicate items.
Please note: This tray is intended for single use by the end customer: one new tray per delivery or service is recommended. Avoid placing it under running water or in the dishwasher; a soft, slightly damp cloth is sufficient for cleaning before use.
