How do I make the glitter stick to the cake?
Sprinkle it over a surface that is still slightly sticky: fresh buttercream, unset icing or wet royal icing. On a dry surface, a light coating of neutral glaze or syrup applied with a brush is enough to make it stick.
Can I apply it well in advance to whipped cream?
It is made with corn starch, so prolonged exposure to moisture will soften it and dull its sparkle. If using it on whipped cream or Chantilly cream, apply it at the last moment before serving.
Does Azuglow Sparkle glitter contain allergens?
