The Tricot PX43142S mold, designed by Emmanuele Forcone, creates 12 heart-shaped individual portions with a knitted pattern, measuring 80 x 73 mm and 42 mm high. Each cavity holds approximately 140 ml, on a 400 x 300 mm tray.

Please note: Freeze the preparation completely before unmolding, for 6 to 8 hours at a minimum of -18 °C, for clean release. Wash with warm water and a soft sponge.
