The Floris PX43140S mold, designed by Antonio Bachour, makes 12 individual flower-shaped portions measuring 80 mm in diameter and 30 mm in height. Each cavity holds approximately 120 ml, on a 400 x 300 mm tray.

Please note: Freeze the preparation completely before unmolding, for at least 6 to 8 hours at -18 °C, for clean release. Wash with lukewarm water and a soft sponge.
