The North Pole PX43139S mold, designed by Antonio Bachour, makes 15 individual 120 ml portions on a 400 x 300 mm tray. Each cavity measures 81 x 53 mm and is 32 mm high, providing a consistent format for individual entremets from one portion to the next.

Please note: Freeze the preparation completely before unmolding, for 6 to 8 hours at a minimum of -18 °C, for clean release. Wash with warm water and a soft sponge.
