Instructions for use

Pour the desired amount into a microwave-safe container.

Heat in 30-second intervals, stirring between each.

Wear heat-resistant gloves (isomalt becomes extremely hot).

Wait for bubbles to finish then pour into a mold or work.

To polish edges: quick flame from a blowtorch.
