The Wilton non-stick rack 40 x 25 cm is designed for sticky preparations (caramel, honey, melted sugar). Non-stick steel, size 40.6 x 25.4 cm. Essential to avoid condensation under pastries fresh from the oven and ensure even cooling.

Proper cooling of a cake is as important as its baking: without a rack, residual heat continues to cook the bottom of the cake, drying out the biscuits and causing the base of viennoiseries to stick. A well-sized rack makes the difference between an amateur homemade pastry and a professional finish.

Usage tips

  1. Placement: place the rack on a clear work surface, ideally near a window to speed up cooling.
  2. Transfer: unmold the hot pastry and place it directly on the rack. For cookies, transfer them one by one with a spatula.
