Ready-to-pipe colored icing that hardens as it dries.
Renshaw Red Ready-to-Use Icing can be used straight from the tub, with no preparation or food coloring needed: for piping, stencil decorating, and icing cookies or small cakes. The color is consistent from the moment you open it.
Once dry, it hardens to a firm, crisp finish. The 400 g tub is enough for borders and details on several cakes: Christmas, Valentine's Day, and red berry decorations.

Should I thin the icing before piping?
It is ready to use. For a thinner coating on biscuits, add a few drops of water and mix to the desired consistency.
How long does it take to set?
Allow a few hours at room temperature for the surface to dry to the touch, and overnight for thick decorations to dry completely.
Can I mix different colors?
Yes, the icings in the range can be mixed together to create intermediate shades.
