The Colour Mill #353 piping tip is a stainless-steel pastry tip compatible with all disposable or reusable piping bags, with or without a coupler. Leaf profile: it has a V-shaped opening that produces fine leaves and elongated petals, with a slight textured ridge in the center.
Professional-grade food-safe stainless steel: the tip maintains its shape under pressure, does not deform over time, and is dishwasher-safe for intensive use.

Instructions
- Place the tip in an empty piping bag, nozzle end first, and cut the tip of the bag level with the base of the tip for a neat fit
- Fill the bag two-thirds full with your mixture (buttercream, whipped ganache, stabilized whipped cream), pushing air toward the tip
- Hold the bag vertically about 1 cm above the surface and squeeze with a steady motion; rinse the tip in hot soapy water after use (dishwasher-safe)
Please note: the consistency of the cream is the main factor determining the regularity of the pattern (it should hold a ribbon on the spatula): rinse the #353 tip immediately after use to prevent residue from drying in the leaf profile.
