Instructions for Use
- Setup: place the tip inside an empty piping bag, tip pointing toward the end.
- Cutting: cut the end of the bag at the base of the tip for a perfect fit, not too wide nor too tight.
- Filling: fill the bag two-thirds full with your mixture (buttercream, whipped ganache, stabilized whipped cream), press out air by squeezing toward the tip.
- Piping: hold the bag vertically 1 cm above the surface, squeeze with a steady motion according to the desired pattern.
- Cleaning: rinse immediately after use with warm soapy water. Dishwasher safe.

For consistent piping with the round tip: pressure must be steady from start to finish. If the piping is too fluid and collapses, your cream is too soft (add mascarpone up to 30% or stabilize with 1 g gelatin per 100 g). If the flow is jerky, your cream is too firm (soften with a little cold liquid cream).
