The Pavoni liposoluble white powdered coloring from the Chocolart range designed with chef Emmanuele Forcone is an opacifying food coloring that disperses in fats. White is intended for decoration and coating, coloring cocoa butter for spraying and decoration, as well as preparations such as marzipan, fondant, ganaches, and creams. It is also the ideal base for lightening and achieving pastel tones.
