AmeriColor Forest Green Gel Food Coloring, 21 g
Forest Green is a concentrated gel food coloring from AmeriColor's Soft Gel Paste range. It produces a deep, even forest green shade without altering the texture of your preparations, and remains stable when frozen and in humid conditions.

Directions for use
Shake the bottle before use, then add the coloring drop by drop: allow approximately 3 drops per 57 g of preparation, adjusting according to the desired intensity. This shade is suitable for buttercream, whipped cream, royal icing, fondant and marzipan, mirror glazes, and sponge cakes. It is especially well suited to nature- or Christmas-themed decorations, such as fir trees, holly, and foliage.
Ingredients: water, sugar, modified corn starch, vegetable gum, citric acid, less than 0.1% preservatives (E211, E202), colorants E133, E102, E132, E129.
E102 and E129: may have adverse effects on activity and attention in children.
Concentrated product for professional use, to be incorporated into a preparation: do not consume undiluted. Store at room temperature, away from light and humidity, and close tightly after use.
